simple ingredients and your nonstick pan
to get started.

¼ tsp. ground black pepper
·
2 minced garlic cloves
·

drippings still in the nonstick pan, add the florets of cauliflower and cover.
Cook for about 5 minutes. Then add your onion and garlic, uncover, and cook for
an additional minute. Put the kielbasa back into the pan and cook through. Your
dish should be ready in no time!

light seasoning of black pepper, you can use any type of cauliflower preferred
and seasoned to your liking. This delicious meal will quickly become a new
favorite for adults and children alike.
